Booking prices & conditions

• The fee is charged for the whole house.
• Prices include taxes and are in HUF.
• Payment can be taken via bank transfer or online credit card payment.

• Please note that our accommodation can be booked for at least 3 nights. In special periods, a longer minimum booking time applies.
• By sending your booking request, you declare that you have read and agreed our house rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
• Booking is valid after your request had been confirmed by email.

• Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
• If cancellation is made between 30-60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
• If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given.
• You can cancel your booking by clicking the Booking cancellation link in the confirmation email or you can directly inform us by sending an email to info@grillandchillresort.hu.
• In that case if you leave the apartment before the agreed departure date, it is not possible to refund the accommodation fee.

Check-in and check-out:

• The earliest check-in time is 3 pm on the day of arrival.
• We provide self check-in to our guests with lockbox.
• Please leave the accommodation by 10 am on the day of departure.
• You need to let the host know what time you'll be arriving in advance.
• Please keep the apartment clean and do not leave laundry, food residue and trash on the accommodation when you leave.
• On departure please leave the keys in the lockbox. If keys are lost, guests must immediately inform the host and reimburse the price and the cost of any necessary lock replacement to the accommodation.

During your stay:

• The accommodation is available only for the number of guests stated in the reservation or agreed in advance.
• Please lock the entrance at night and when leaving.
• The host is not liable for any damage to property or accidents to guests' property resulting from improper use of the accommodation and its facilities, or from violation of the rules.
• Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by guests through improper use or negligence of the accommodation or its facilities, and the damage must be paid directly to the accommodation provider.
• In case of any issue concerning the accommodation, please inform us immadiately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed.
